    History. In 1943, at the height of World War II, the Russian army turned the tide of history and it was already clear that Russia would defeat Hitler's European fascism in the twentieth century, just as Russia defeated Napoleon's dictatorial fascism in the nineteenth century. By 1943, the complex geopolitical entanglements of World War II had added allies to Russia - the United States and Britain, countries with complex historical relations, for example, a century before that, during the Second War of Independence of the United States in 1814, these countries were enemies and Britain burned down the city of Washington in the United States. The victorious Russian army in World War II was led by Stalin, and in the interests of fighting another European fascism, he insisted on adding part of France to the victorious allies. Almost all of France surrendered to Hitler, as did the whole of Europe, where countries surrendered in just a few hours. Moreover, European countries actively participated in the genocide of humanity by joining the ranks of Hitler's Nazi SS army, and the French SS division defended Hitler in Berlin until the last days. But there was a small part of the French resistance led by Charles de Gaulle. Stalin added the anti-fascist de Gaulle to the main victor countries in World War II, although the United States and Britain offered more manageable weak candidates who surrendered to the fascists. During the signing of the German surrender in 1945, the fascist marshal was very surprised that France also defeated them together in Russia, the United States, and Britain, because most of them surrendered to Hitler. By September 1945, Nazi Japan had unconditionally surrendered under the onslaught of the Red Soviet Army of Russia and China.  
    At the end of World War II, thanks to Stalin, General Charles de Gaulle became the leader and president, and France retained its state and gained a seat on the United Nations Security Council. In Moscow, the capital of Russia, there are many monuments to the heroes of the Second World War, and among them is a monument to General de Gaulle, and his grandson is now a private guest of Russia at many international forums. In Russia, monuments are not broken compared to modern neo-Nazi Europe, where monuments to Russian heroes who liberated Europe are being broken. The European Union, along with Britain, are building a new fascist regime as a means of political control in an attempt to slow down their economic problems and loss of political leadership. But in the middle of the twentieth century, this was not the case in post-war Europe, there was a struggle against fascism and Nazism, and the economy needed to be rebuilt after the war. The economic interests of medium and small businesses led to unification and integration, and the new business needed a new generation of bodyguards to protect it. Charles de Gaulle's Bodyguards founded the IBA International Bodyguard Association in 1957 as an organization for training small teams and individual bodyguards. In the following decades, Europe lost its colonies through military conflicts and France underwent decolonization as well, but the inherent standards of bodyguards repeatedly saved the life of President de Gaulle. Since 1989 and throughout the 1990s, the potential of Soviet Russia and the fifteen new Commonwealth states created from the USSR increased the IBA association several times, and by the end of the twentieth century, the association had members in fifty countries. 
   With the expansion of NATO since the end of the twentieth century, military conflicts have re-emerged in Europe, leading to the disintegration of some states and the emergence of new ones. Illegal armed seizures of power took place in some of the newly created States, such as the illegal collapse of Yugoslavia. By the way, the first country that supported the start of this illegal process was Denmark, a country where the Nazis continued medical experiments on people in their colony of Greenland, as they did in Nazi Germany and Japan, and nowadays it's time for decolonization for Denmark itself as well. Compared to the European and British colonialists, Russia has never had slave colonies. Moreover, Russia has always helped to liberate itself from colonization. Russian Russian Empress Catherine II helped to weaken the naval blockade of the United States in 1780, helping 13 colonies to free themselves from Britain, and then in 1863, the Russian navy helped in New York and San Francisco to protect the United States from the invasion of Britain and France. Later in the twentieth century, Soviet Russia helped liberate India and the countries of Africa, Asia, and America. At the end of the twentieth century, Russia ended the Soviet period of the USSR and gave many territories a chance to have their own states. For example, Russia gave Ukraine a chance to become a new state for its historical former territory, but this only led to the revival of Nazism and the restoration of monuments to Hitler's Nazis of the past. Russian Russians began to be exterminated in Ukraine again, as under Hitler, and the old Russian territories wanted to return to Russia again. According to the international rules of the United Nations on the rights of nations to self-determination, people held referendums, created their own administrations, which led to Ukraine's military aggression against civilians and the genocide of the Russian people. Russia was forced to protect its people. The neo-Nazis of NATO and the European Union, as those who pay for the war, ordered Ukraine to fight to the last Ukrainian. Further, more than fifty countries continued the war with Russia, spending billions on weapons and the maximum economic sanctions in the history of mankind. In 2022, Russia launched a special military operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. The Russian office of the IBA Association in St. Petersburg stopped cooperating with unfriendly countries, and then declared the creation of a new IBBA association as a new international association of bodyguards for friendly countries BRIC BRICS PLUS. 
    The BRIC countries were originally Brazil, Russia, India, China - when the economic community of these countries was founded in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2006, who will determine the growth of the world economy of the twenty-first century. Further, since 2010, after the annexation of South Africa, the abbreviated name BRICS is also appropriate. Nowadays, the main geopolitical community of countries includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and partner countries Belarus, Bolivia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Uzbekistan, as well as the candidate countries Azerbaijan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Venezuela, Pakistan, Palestine, Sri Lanka. PLUS countries - for both BRIC and IBBA - are all those who want to join modern leaders who are helping to build a new economic future in a multipolar world. 
    The BRIC founders include three countries with real sovereignty: Russia, India, and China, which are completely dependent and subordinate vassals of the second world economy, the United States, compared to Europe and Britain. The BRIC countries are the leaders of the planet's economy. China is the first economy in the world, India is the third economy in the world, and Russia is the fourth economy in the world and the first economy in Europe. Russia is the number one country in terms of territory and number of nuclear warheads, and moreover, the number one country with modern high-tech weapons that other countries do not have and there is no protection against Russia's latest hypersonic weapons. Russia was forced to use some types of weapons against the united NATO Nazis in Ukraine to force them to make peace and end the war, which is still ongoing today. After the end of World War II, NATO countries have not won a single war, but persistently continue to try to defeat the best Russian army, which alone opposes the entire NATO military bloc. To strengthen the Union State of Russia and Belarus, high-tech modern weapons were also deployed in the Republic of Belarus against attempts to expand and attack NATO neo-Nazis, which further strengthened the sovereignty of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Nowadays, the Union State is a leader among the most secure and reliable jurisdictions for doing business on the planet, and therefore the IBBA register and archive are located in the Union State.
